He is the author of the Revenue-Engineered Branding™ methodology — a research-first, six-phase process that treats brand as economic infrastructure. The methodology was built from a decade of finding the same gap in founder-led companies again and again: a business that has grown past what its brand can carry.
Today Diego runs DLS as a solo principal practice. Every engagement — strategy, creative direction, and design execution — is led directly by him. The studio runs one engagement at a time, so the work gets the attention it requires.
