Four weeks — is that really enough?
Yes, because the scope is deliberately sharp: strategy, identity, messaging, guidelines. The studio runs one engagement at a time with the founder directing every phase — no account layers, no committee rounds, no queue.
Does it include a website?
No — this tier is the brand foundation. If the site is the leak, the High-Performance Website ($8,000) or the full Brand Growth System ($15,000) covers it, and the Accelerator work carries straight into either.
What do you need from us?
Founder access. The strategy intensive needs the person who owns the vision and the pipeline numbers — that access is what makes four weeks possible.
How many concepts and revisions are included?
One engineered direction, refined together — not three options built to be eliminated. The strategy phase is where alternatives compete; by design week the direction is already agreed, which is why the timeline holds.
What files and formats do we end up owning?
Everything, outright: logo suite in every working format, typography and color specifications, the messaging toolkit, brand guidelines, and editable source files. No licensing games, no hostage files.
