Why is this where most engagements land?

What does the 60 days of launch support cover?
The unglamorous part that makes the rebuild pay: watching real performance data, tightening copy and conversion paths, and adjusting what the launch reveals. You ship with the studio still in the room.
Who actually works on our engagement?
A deliberately small senior team, directed from strategy through launch by our founder. Strategy and creative direction are never delegated — the leverage is in specialists executing under one unbroken vision, not in layers of account management.
How much of our time does it take?
Founder access for the strategy phase — a handful of working sessions in the first two weeks — then structured checkpoints at each phase gate. The system is designed so decisions get made once, well, instead of relitigated weekly.
How is the fee structured?
Fixed and scoped in writing before the engagement starts: typically half at kickoff and half at launch. No hourly meters, no surprise line items — the number you approve is the number you pay.
What happens after the 60 days?
You own a complete, documented system your team can run. Most clients either graduate to the Fractional CBO arrangement to keep compounding it, or come back per-project — both are optional, neither is assumed.
